Cancellation Policy:Cancellations made prior to Three weeks in advance of reservation will be charged a $50.00 dollar cancellation fee.
All cancellations or changes to any part of your reservation within the three weeks of your reservation
will be charged a 50 % cancellation fee, deducted from the deposit.

No refunds on early checkouts.
No refunds for weather emergencies.
No check-ins after 10 PM unless notified in advance.
Check in time after 3 PM and check out time before 10:30 AM.
All rates have been discounted 4% for those who would like to pay in cash, traveler's checks or money orders.
Add 4% fee to all rates to determine the full credit card rate, this 4% fee will be charged on all credit card transactions and is payable in cash at check in.
Parking time expires at 10:30 on the day of departure.
Management is not responsible for cars towed.
No surf boards, bikes, or coolers allowed in the rooms.
